CFO, Chef & Chief Stewardess

Nicole has more than ten years directly working in the yacht charter and hospitality industries aboard both medium-sized (15-25 meters) and large, private vessels (over 25 meters) as crew, cook and mate.

She is an avid racer and has crewed on such notable boats as “Jazz” a perennial winner in the Southern California PHRF circuit. She has crewed on “Paranoia” a routine Transpac boat as well as contender in races throughout Southern California.

She has also been the Chief Stewardess, Chef and mate on “Bird of Paradise,” a 60-foot Cheoy Lee schooner. While aboard “Bird of Paradise,” Nicole assisted in the yacht’s overall interior maintenance. She worked with the captain of the boat to ensure that all of the guests’ requirements were met. While guests were onboard, duties included daily cleaning of the boat, organizing excursions, serving food. She also organized and managed all guest travel plans (air and land) and worked closely with local tourism operators throughout the world organizing tour packages for our guests.

Nicole is priceless.  While serving South Pacific Sea Adventures, she assists in the planning and preparation of three meals per day for crew and guests in number from two to twelve. Organizes and manages all guest travel plans (air and land). Provisions and manages logistics for galley and meals aboard yacht. And last but not least she assists the Skipper with rigging, sail trim and yacht handling in local and offshore sailing conditions.
